The ICO is supervised & conducted by Est-Capital, Zug— A Finma/VQF regulated entity. Also, the management is under the process of setting up its holding company in Malta. All these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zug, Switzerland, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the cantonal and federal courts located in Zug, Switzer- land for the resolution of any disputes.
